摘要
目的观察姜黄素对人食管癌细胞抗凋亡基因BAG-1表达的影响,并探讨姜黄素抗癌分子机制。方法应用浓度为40~80μmol/L姜黄素处理人食管癌EC-9706细胞株12h后,Western blot检测BAG-1的表达。结果经不同浓度的姜黄素干预后,BAG-1表达随着姜黄素浓度的增加有逐渐减弱的趋势。结论姜黄素能够有效抑制抗凋亡基因BAG-1的高表达。
Objective To explore the influence of curcumin on the expression of the anti-apoptotic gene BAG-1 in human esophageal cancer cell,and study the anticancer molecular mechanism.Methods After Ec-9706 cells treated with 40~80μmol/L curcumin for 12h,Western-blot method was used to detect the expression of the BAG-1.Results The expression of the BAG-1 in human esophageal cancer cell was significant negative correlated with the concentration of curcumin.Conclusions Curcumin can efficiently inhibit the high expression of the anti-apoptotic gene BAG-1 in a dose dependent manner.
