摘要 目的探讨磷酸化信号转导及转录活化因子(PSTAT3)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肾癌组织中的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测56例肾癌组织及10例正常肾组织中PSTAT3和VEGF的表达,并分析两者与各临床病理参数之间的关系。结果肾癌组PSTAT3和VEGF的阳性表达率均高于正常组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肾癌组织中PSTAT3和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.770,P<0.01)。中低分化肾癌组织中PSTAT3和VEGF的阳性表达率高于高分化肾癌组织;TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ期者高于TNM Ⅰ+Ⅱ期者;有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PSTAT3和VEGF在肾细胞癌组织中呈持续高表达,与肾癌的血管发生、侵袭转移密切相关,STAT3可能对VEGF的表达有重要调控作用。 Objective To study the expressions of phosphorylated signal transducers and activators of transcription 3(PSTAT3) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in renal cell carcinoma tissues.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of PSTAT3 and VEGF in 56 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissues and 10 cases of normal kidney tissues,and the relationship between PSTAT3,VEGF and the clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results The positive rates of PSTAT3 and VEGF in renal cell carcinoma tissues were higher than those in normal renal tissues and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).PSTAT3 was positively related to VEGF in renal carcinoma tissues(r=0.770,P〈0.01).The expression rates of PSTAT3 and VEGF in poorly and moderately differentiated renal cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in well differentiated renal cell carcinoma tissues,those in TNM stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in TNM stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ,and those in renal cell carcinoma with lymph node metastases were higher than those in renal cell carcinoma without lymph node metastases(P〈0.01).Conclusion Increased expressions of PSTAT3 and VEGF were found in renal cell carcinoma tissues,PSTAT3 may regulate the expression of VEGF,so it could be a potential target for inhibiting VEGF expression and angiogenesis of renal cell carcinoma tissues.
