摘要
本文试图通过系统科学的相关知识,特别是应用系统演化的熵理论,在梳理和分析法律移植基本情况的基础上,指出法律系统演进的动因,并探索我国法律体系完善和发展的新思路。
The author intended to card and analyze the fundamental facts of legal transplant, to point out the acting causes in the evolution of legal systems, and to seek new approaches for legal transplant in China, so as to make some contribution for the development and consummation of legal systems in China.
