浅析20世纪英国大学女教师在高等教育中的地位——社会性别视角的透视
摘要
在大学中任教成为20世纪英国妇女选择职业的一种趋势,她们是妇女中的精英团体,但从数量、职务、学术研究经费、工资和养老金、工作条件以及事业与婚姻等六个方面与男教师相比20世纪英国大学女教师仍处于劣势地位,借此研究或许能对改善我国大学女教师的地位提供些许启示。
