摘要
以粉煤灰为主要原料,加入工业石灰,采用消化方法制备了改性吸收剂,并分别加入M,N,P,S添加剂使之成为"富氧型"改性吸收剂。利用固定床实验装置研究了改性后吸收剂的脱汞性能,实验表明改性后的M和N型吸收剂具有较好脱汞性能,其中M更为理想,当温度达到100℃,脱汞效率可以达到56%。与未加入添加剂的吸收剂相比,M型吸收剂在脱汞过程中不仅发生了物理吸附,而且发生了较为强烈的化学吸附,有利于汞的去除。扫描电镜谱图显示改性后的吸收剂中有活性物质在粉煤灰颗粒表面沉积,故具有较高的比表面积,这些特性为扩散吸附和化学反应的最佳匹配创造了有利条件。
The " oxygen-enriched " sorbent was prepared with fly ash, industrial lime and M, N ,P ,S additive by digestion methods. The experimental investigation into removal of mercury with modified fly ash as sorbents was carried out on a fixed-bed reactor. The results showed that M and N were of a good effect on removal mercury and M appeared preferable to N. The mercury removal efficiency can reach to 56% at 100℃ by M, because the redox reaction take place during the adsorption process. It was found that modified fly ash-based sorbents possessed rather high specific surface area and surface reactivity by means of SEM, which created favorable conditions for the adsorption and chemical reaction.
