摘要
在WX/U模拟试验平台上考察了在石灰浆液中分别添加Na2SO4,MgO与MgSO4对其脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:Na2SO4对脱硫性能的增强效果最好,MgO次之,MgSO4的增强效果最弱。在此基础上,以Na2SO4为添加剂,考察了操作条件对WX/U脱硫装置脱硫性能的影响,得出了优化操作条件:CaO质量浓度为8 g/L,液气体积比为1.0 L/m3,喉口气速40 m/s,Na2SO4添加浓度为0.004—0.006 mol/L。研究结果为WX/U脱硫装置的工业应用提供了理论支持。
The effect of sodium sulfate,magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate on the removal efficiency of WX/U desulphurization equipment was investigated with lime slurry as absorbent.The results show that the enhancement effectiveness of sodium sulfate is the best,followed by magnesium oxide,then magnesium sulfate.On this basis,using sodium sulfate as an additive,the effect of operating parameters on the desulphurization performance of WX/U desulphurization equipment was investigated experimentally.The optimal operating conditions were obtained as follows: mass concentration of lime is 8 g/L,volume ratio of liquid to gas is 1.0 L/m3,gas velocity in Venture throat is 40 m/s,and the effective concentration of sodium sulfate is 0.004-0.006 mol/L.The test results can provide the theoretical support to the industrial application of WX/U desulphurization equipment.
