摘要
长宁区废弃物综合处理中心作为国内首个大型综合性环卫基地,集成了垃圾中转、粪便预处理、通沟污泥处理、餐厨垃圾预处理、大件垃圾处理以及环卫停车场6大功能。在国内首次实现了多种固体废弃物处理单元的资源共享和集成利用,并通过中央控制室,实现对各子项单元的监控、信息汇总等功能。同时,各处理单元集约化的布局设计可使建设用地减少50%左右,投资和运行费用极大降低。主要介绍了各处理单元的布局、设计及工艺特点,体现了集约化、高效化、节能化和环保化的现代环卫设计理念。
As the domestic first large-scale comprehensive environmental sanitation base,Changning waste comprehensive disposal center has integrated of six functions,the garbage transiting,feces pretreatment,sewer sludge treatment,kitchen waste pretreatment,large-waste treatment and parking lots,which making different waste processing unit sharing and integrating resource utilization at first time in domestic.Through the central control unit,the supervision and information collecting can be realized.And at the same time,the intensive layout of different waste processing unit can reduce 50% of construction land or so,investment and operating cost also reduced greatly.This paper mainly introduces the layout of each processing unit,design and process characteristics,which embodies the modern sanitation design concept of intensification and efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection.
