摘要 以木质大件垃圾(密度板、颗粒板、实木板、实木复合板)、园林废弃物及木质废弃物制成的垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)等3类6种城市典型木质废弃物为研究对象,系统分析了原料理化特性和热重特性,开展了6种典型木质废弃物的固定床热解实验研究,并对热解焦、热解油和热解气等热解产物的产率和理化特性进行了分析。研究结果表明,6种典型木质废弃物的热解失重特性较为接近,最大失重速率对应温度在350℃左右;不可凝热解气的低位热值为13 MJ/m^(3),已达到中热值气体燃料的热值标准;在不考虑热量损失的情况下,通过燃烧部分热解气可满足热解过程的热量需求,木质废弃物热解具有较好的工程应用前景。 Density board, pellet board, solid wood board, solid wood composite board, garden waste and RDF were selected as typical wood waste material.Physicochemical properties and thermogravimetric characteristics were systematically analyzed. Experiments of the 6 typical material were conducted through fix bed pyrolysis reactor. The yield and physico-chemical properties of pyrolysis products such as char, pyrolysis oil and pyrolysis gas were analyzed. The result shows that the pyrolysis weight loss characteristics of the six typical wood wastes are similar, maximum weight loss rate corresponds to temperature of 350 ℃. The low heating value(LHV) of pyrolysis gas is 13 MJ/m^(3), which has reached medium calorific value standard of gas fuel. Without considering the heat loss, the heat requirement of the pyrolysis process can be fulfilled by burning part of the pyrolysis gas.
