摘要
本试验通过对6根预应力混凝土两跨连续梁进行张拉和加载测试,研究预应力构件在张拉过程中,其预应力钢筋伸长值的变化情况,以及比较缓粘结预应力钢筋总伸长值与有粘结、无粘结预应力钢筋总伸长值的差异,并对其试验现象进行对比分析研究,分析结果表明,缓粘结预应力连续梁钢筋张拉伸长值计算均应考虑缓凝砂浆对预应力钢筋的粘滞作用,并提出了其相应的计算公式。
Through the tensioned and loading text of these six prestressing concrete two-span continuous beams,we study the process of prestressing component tensioned,the changes of the elongated value of prestressing reinforcement.Furthermore,we compare the total elongated value of retard-bonded prestressing reinforcement with bonded and unbounded prestressing reinforcement.Finally,we analyze the phenomenon of the experiment and put forward the corresponding formulas.The experiment and analysis show that the calculations,which the loss of retard-bonded prestressing and the elongated value of the prestressing reinforcement,should consider the sticky effect of the retarding mortar for the prestressing reinforcement.
