摘要
煤炭是重要的战略性能源,在我国能源结构中居主体地位,同时也是石化企业不可间断的大宗消耗性物资。通过分析煤炭价格构成及影响因素,结合石化企业煤炭需求特点,研究制定科学的煤炭采购策略,在保证安全供应的基础上实现性价比最优和采购总成本最低。
Coal is an important strategic energy resource, occupying main and also an unbreakable giant consuming material for petrochemical enterprise. position in our energy resources structure, Through analyzing formation and influence factors of coal price, combined with coal demand features in petrochemical enterprise, we studied and worked out scientific coal purchase policy, so as to realize optimum quality price ratio on the basis of safe supply.
