摘要
目前,上海地区配电网高压环网柜内防误操作系统普遍存在的装置性缺陷,是可能发生电气误操作事故的安全隐患。通过对JOYO-B5移动型防误闭锁系统以及应用案例的介绍,对高压环网柜防误模式进行了讨论,提出了配电网高压环网柜防误模式的改进建议。
Currently, the equipment defect is a general problem existing in preventing mal-operation system of the high-tension loop-network cabinets in Shanghai distribution, has became a security risk to cause electrical mal-operation fault. Through the introduction on JOYO-B5 mobile preventing mal-operation lockup system and its application cases, the real-operation mode of the high-tension loop-network cabinets is discussed, the improvement suggestions are presented.
