摘要
输电生产管理地理信息系统(TGIS)是基于国产优秀GIS软件吉奥之星开发而成的。采用Oracle9i进行一体化数据库管理,应用3S技术、计算机信息技术和虚拟现实技术,将输电网设备空间分布、设备台账属性、生产运行记录、SCADA实时信息等数据有机结合在一起,按实际地理位置进行空间可视化表现。该系统可进一步实现生产运行管理应用。文中对TGIS的目标、特点、体系架构以及功能进行了较详细的介绍。TGIS的功能包括电网图形管理(基础空间数据原理,输电网建模,二维和三维GIS应用)和输电生产管理。文中还介绍了TGIS的应用情况。
TGIS (power transmission management GIS) was developed based on the excellent and domestic made Jiaozhixin GIS software,which adopted Oracle9i to carry out unification database management,applied the 3S technology,computer IT and virtual realistic technology to get the organic combinations of data,such as the space distribution of power transmission equipment,equipment property,production and operation record,SCADA real time information,and to carry out the space visualization of actual location. This system can realize the production operation management further. The paper introduced the goal,characteristics,system structural frame and functions for TGIS in detail. The functions of TGIS include the power grid graph management (basic space data management,power transmission network modeling,two and three-dimensional GIS applications) and power transmission management. The application condition of TGIS was also introduced.
