摘要
目的 了解我国中医医院人力资源情况,为今后制定中医医院人力资源发展战略和有关政策提供依据。方法采集2005年至2009年小生部和国家中医药管理局的统计数据,分析中医医院职工的总体结构与趋势、卫技人员总量及结构、中医药人员的结构与趋势。结果2009年,我国有中医医院2728所,职工51.85万人,其中卫生技术人员42.79万人,占职工总数的82.52%;中医类别的执业医师占中医医院医师的45.61%;中医医院护理人员相对不足,与综合医院差距较大。结论修订中医医院人员编制标准是当务之急,同时要增加中医医院中医类别执业医师和护理人员的数量。
Objective To study the present human resources of TCM hospitals in China, for decision making of TCM hospitals HR strategy in the future. Methods Collection of statistics released by the Ministry of Health and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2005 to 2009, for analysis of the general structure and trends of hospital staff at large, headcount and makeup of medieal personnel, and the structure and trends of TCM professionals in TCM hospitals. Results in 2009, there were 2, 728 TCM bospitals, cmploying 528, 5000 staff, including 4Z7, 900 medical personnel, accounting for 82. 5% of the "total; TCM practitioners account for 45.61% of clinicians in TCM hospitals; a shortage of nurses is found in TCM hospitals as compared to general hospitals. Conclusion It is imperative to revise the increase the number of TCM practitioners and nursing staff quota standard of TCM hospitals, and to staff in TCM hospitals.
