摘要
工程项目施工监理与施工管理是两个不同行为主体的工程建设活动,两者的工作职责也不一样。本文分析了这二者在建筑工程项目施工阶段的异同及彼此关系,以供参考。
This paper shows that construction supervision differs from construction management in behavior subject,task and construction control by comparative analysis,together with relationship between supervision unit and construction unit.
