摘要
分析工程项目进度的影响因素、进度控制任务,并分别从合同、经济、组织等方面阐明建设工程项目进度控制的具体措施,确保援建工程工期管理目标得以实现。
This paper analyzes the influence factor and control task of the project progress. And the concrete measures are discussed from the contract, economy and organization so as to realize the aid project＇s objective in the construction time management.
