摘要
绝缘电阻是电线电缆最基本的电气性能之一,它反映电线电缆产品在正常工作状态下的电气绝缘性能,是反映电线电缆产品绝缘特性的重要指标。通过测定绝缘电阻可以发现生产制造工艺中的缺陷,辨别所选用绝缘材料的优劣。为了提高测定绝缘电阻的准确性,有必要对绝缘电阻测试影响因素及其不确定度评定加以研究。通过实例分析确定绝缘电阻测试的影响因素并计算电线电缆70℃绝缘电阻的合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。
Insulation resistance is one of the basic electrical properties of wire and cables,and it is an important quality feature of the tested object.Many quality defects of the production process can be found by the value of insulation resistance,which is useful to identify the insulating materials.So it is necessary to evaluate the uncertainty measurement of insulation resistance of wires and cables.Many factors of the uncertainty measurement of 70 °C insulation resistance are considered,and the uncertainty of insulation resistance is given also.
