摘要
测量不确定度是对测量结果的不可信程度或对测量结果有效性怀疑程度。本文建立了导体直流电阻测量不确定度的数学评价模型,结合测量结果给出合成不确定度,并对影响其测量不确定度的分量进行了简单的分析,并提出了改进测量的一些具体方法,对导体直流电阻的测量及其它测量不确定度的评定具有一定的借鉴意义。
Uncertainty of measurement denotes the unauthentic extent of the test result or the degree of suspicion about the validity of the measurement. In this paper, the authors established a mathematic model to assess the uncertainty of the measurement of conductor DC resistance. Combined with the test result; the model can give the uncertainty of measurement. The components affecting the uncertainty were analyzed and some methods to improve the measurement were proposed, which are useful for the measurement of conductor DC resistance as well as the assessment of the uncertainty of measurement.
