重组人血管内皮抑素联合紫杉醇脂质体周方案治疗晚期食管癌临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价重组人血管内皮抑素(恩度)联合紫杉醇脂质体周方案治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效、不良反应。方法 21例晚期食管癌患者采用恩度联合紫杉醇脂质体周方案。所有患者至少用药2个周期,观察近期疗效、不良反应。结果总有效率(CR+PR)为38.1%,临床受益率(CR+PR+SD)为76.2%。疾病无进展时间为8.9个月,中位生存时间为13.4个月,1年生存率为72.4%。不良反应包括骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、发热、心脏毒性等。结论恩度联合紫杉醇脂质体周方案治疗晚期食管癌疗效确切,不良反应可以耐受。
