多层螺旋CT三维重建在埋伏阻生牙诊断中的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在正畸埋伏阻生牙诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:对57例恒牙埋伏阻生病例进行多层螺旋CT扫描,并通过多面重建技术(multiplanar reformation,MPR)和容积再现技术(volume rendering,VR)对扫描图像进行后期处理,并对埋伏阻生牙进行定位诊断。结果:经多层螺旋CT三维重建后的57例病例均清晰显示埋伏牙的牙体形态、位置以及与邻牙的关系。有助于定位埋伏阻生牙,确定治疗计划。结论:多层螺旋CT三维重建是一种高效准确的定位诊断埋伏阻生牙的方法。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of examing the impacted teeth by three-dimensional reconstruction of multiple spiral CT before orthodontic treatment.Methods57cases were examined by scanning of multiple spiral CT.The exact localization of the embedded teeth in jaws was acquired by using multiplanar reformation(MPR)and volume rendering(VR).ResultsThree-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT images were accurately displayed the number of the 57 cases' impacted teeth.including the morphology of teeth crown and root,the direction of impacted teeth eruption and the anatomical relationship with adjacent teeth.Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT is an effective and accurate method of examing the impacted teeth.
