摘要
目的:探讨中药制剂的应用情况,为其合理应用提供参考。方法:参考大量临床处方、药品不良反应报告及相关文献,进行归纳、总结、分析。结果与结论:中药制剂在临床上存在不正确的应用,应引起重视,其原因包括对重要基础理论掌握不够、对中医辨证理论掌握不够、对中药气味归经的特性掌握不够、对中药制剂的整体作用掌握不够、对中药制剂的不良反应不清楚等。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the use of Chinese drugs preparations so as to provide references for clinical rational use of Chinese drugs preparations.METHODS：The use of Chinese drugs preparations was evaluated and analyzed by reviewing clinical prescriptions,reports of adverse drug reactions and the pertinent literature.RESULTS CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to the irrational use of Chinese drugs preparations,which were mainly attributed to the poor understanding of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,of the dialectical theory of traditional Chinese medical science,of the characteristics of Chinese drugs preparations＇ channel tropism and of the integral effect of Chinese drugs preparations and poor knowledge on the side effect of Chinese drugs preparation.
