摘要
目的:调查和研究汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院与汕头市金平区妇幼保健院及汕头市澄海区溪南镇华侨医院的不合理用药情况,以提高我院及基层医院临床治疗的用药水平。方法:收集我院及2家基层医院2010年6月—2011年5月门诊处方1 800张,进行用药情况分析,将统计调查发现的不合理用药处方200张进行归类分析、研究。结果:配伍不合理处方93张,溶剂选择不合理处方67张,用法与用量不合理处方26张,用药浓度不合理处方10张,给药途径不合理处方4张。结论:我院及基层医院用药仍存在很多不合理情况,需加强临床医师的执业技能培训,强化医师合理用药的观念,鼓励药师与医师一起具体分析各种药物的药理作用,并根据用药过程中出现的问题,提出药物治疗建议,制定合理的用药方案。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate and research Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College and Shantou Jinping District Women and Childrens Hospital and Health Insitiute,Shantou Chenghai District Xinan Town Overseas Chinese Hospital irrational use of medicines in order to improve hospital and primary levels of hospital clinical treatment of drug.METHODS：Collected in our hospital and two primary hospitals for 1 800 outpatient prescription for use analysis from June 2010 to May 2011.The survey found that 200 of irrational drug prescription are classified analysis.RESULTS：93 prescriptions of irrational compatibility,67 prescriptions of solvent selection irrational,26 prescriptions of dosage unreasonable,10 prescription of irrational concentrations,4 prescription of unreasonable way.CONCLUSION：There are many unreasonable situations in Hospital and primary hospital,need to enhance practice skills of clinicians,and strengthen the concept of rational drug use physicians,encourage pharmacists and physicians detailed analysis with variety of pharmacological effects of drugs and occurs in a program according to medication problems,development of rational drug program.
