摘要
目的分析不合理用药原因,提出改进措施。方法抽查2010年7～9月3 000份运行病历,对其中的药品信息、病案信息进行用药合理性分析。结果共有152份病历存在不合理用药情况,占抽查病历的5.07%;发生不合理用药164例次。结论通过加强医德教育、开展合理用药培训和加强监督检查等措施,可提高用药合理性。
Objective To analysis the causes of the irrational use of drugs in a hospital and put forward some countermeas- ures. Method 3000 running record cases were checked and the rationality of drug use analyzed. Result There were 164 cases of irrational drug use in 152 running record cases, accounting for 5.07%. Conclusion Based on the result, the author put forward some countermeasures. Firstly, using pathways to enhance the medical ethics education; secondly, strengthening the supervision and inspection on drug therapy; finally, strengthening the training on rational drug use.
