摘要
目的:调查研究2009年国家基本药物目录品种在北京市3家基层医疗机构的使用现状。方法:利用北京地区社区医院用药监测数据库,从中心城区、近郊及远郊区县各一家基层医疗机构的药品采购信息中,对国家基本药物目录品种的使用现状等进行统计分析。结果:国家基本药物目录品种所占采购品种比例中,化学药平均为49.91%,中成药平均为23.16%;从采购数量与金额来看,化学药平均分别为67.14%与37.43%,中成药平均分别为44.30%与34.67%。在3家医院采购化学药与中成药总数量排序前12位品种中,国家基本药物目录品种化学药与中成药分别占9种和8种,占全部中化学药采购总金额的47.72%。结论:总体来看,国家基本药物目录品种在北京市基层医疗机构应用广泛,应加强引导和监管,使目录品种使用率进一步提高。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the utilization of national essential drugs in three primary health care institutions of Beijing area in 2009.METHODS：Using the monitoring database of drug use in community hospitals in Beijing area,the drug purchasing data of primary health care institutions（one from central downtown,one from suburb and one from outer suburb county） retrieved from the data base were analyzed with regard to the utilization of national essential drugs.RESULTS：Of all the drugs purchased,chemical drugs represented 49.91% and traditional patent drugs 23.16% on average;in terms of average purchase quantity and purchase sum,chemical drugs accounted for 67.14% and 37.43%,respectively,as compared with 44.30% and 34.67% respectively for traditional Chinese medicines.Of the top 12 chemical or Chinese patent drugs in terms of purchase quantity,8 chemical drugs and 9 Chinese patent drugs were national essential drugs,and the purchase sum of which accounted for 47.72% of the total.CONCLUSION：On the whole,the national essential drugs were widely used in primary health care institutions of Beijing area.Measures should be taken to strengthen guidance and supervision in an attempt to increase the utilization frequency of the national essential drugs.
