摘要
基层医疗机构将要实施国家基本药物制度,取消药品加成后,要丧失一大部分收益,需要政府给予补偿。在调查研究的基础上,提出3种补偿模式,供决策者参考。同时对推行基本药物目录可能出现的新问题,提出建设性意见。
The National Essential Drug List will be carried out in basic health care institutions.Hospitals will lose great large of benefit after canceling hospital drug addition, and they need the compensation from the government.On the basis of the investigation, the authors put forward three kinds of compensation mechanism for policy makers, meanwhile, explore the new issues in the implement of essential drug list and suggest constructive opinion.
