摘要
目的:通过对我院抗糖尿病药临床应用情况的分析,了解抗糖尿病药的合理用药趋势。方法:用金额排序法和DDD分析法对我院2008—2010年的抗糖尿病药分析,由此判断、评价药物使用情况。结果:3年来,我院口服抗糖尿病药销售金额呈上升趋势,销售金额排序前3位的是格列喹酮、罗格列酮、阿卡波糖;DDDs排序前3位的是二甲双胍、格列喹酮、格列吡嗪;人胰岛素及胰岛素类似物品种和金额都有较大的增长,预混人胰岛素3年稳居第1位;胰岛素类似物增幅明显。结论:我院口服抗糖尿病药种类使用趋于平稳,应用基本合理;胰岛素及胰岛素类似物使用符合临床胰岛素早期、强化治疗趋势。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the rational utilization tendency of antidiabetic drugs through analysis of clinical use of antidiabetic drugs in our hospital.METHODS：By means of consumption sum ordering and DDD analysis,the antidiabetic drugs used in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS：The consumption sum of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital showed an upward trend over the three years.Gliquidone,rosiglitazone sodium and acarbose ranked the top 3 in terms of consumption sum.The top 3 oral antidiabetic drugs on the DDDs list were metformin,gliquidone and glipizide.The number of varieties and consumption sum of actrapid monotard and its analogues increased significantly,with premix insulin dominating the lead steadily from 2008 to 2010.The consumption of insulin analogs witnessed a significant increase.CONCLUSION：The use of oral antidiabetic drugs in our hospital is stable and rational on the whole,and the use of insulin and its analogues fitted the clinical tendency of early intensification therapy of insulin.
