摘要
目的:评估我院门诊口服降糖药的应用现状及发展趋势。方法:对我院门诊2000年～2004年口服降糖药的用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额等进行统计、分析。结果:我院门诊磺酰脲类降糖药的DDDs及比例呈上升趋势,其销售金额也呈上升趋势,但所占比例在2004年有所下降,其中格列齐特几年来的使用均居DDDs排序第一位;双胍类药物DDDs的比例呈下降趋势,其销售金额虽呈逐年上升趋势,但所占比例却在逐年下降,而盐酸二甲双胍片的DDDs排序保持在第二位;α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的DDDs及比例、销售金额及比例都呈上升趋势。结论:我院口服降糖药的使用基本合理。
Objective：To review the current situation and the development trend of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital. Methods：The DDDs and the sales amount of oral hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital during 2000-2004 were analyzed statistically.Results：The DDDs and ratio of sulfonylureas was increasing, sales amount of sulfonylureas was increasing, but its ratio was decreasing in 2004, the gliclazide ranked the first in DDDs during these year.The ratio of DDDs of biguanides was decreasing, its sales amount was increasing, but its ratio was decreasing, the diaformin ranked the second in DDDs during these year.The DDDs and ratio, sales amount and ratio of α-glucosidase inhibitor was increasing.Conclusion：The oral hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital is rational on the whole.
