一种高阻抗电弧炉的电气参数设计方法

摘要 针对超高功率电弧炉引起电压波动导致电压闪烁,提出在普通阻抗超高功率电弧炉上采用高阻抗技术,并给出电弧功率恒定条件下电气参数之间的相互关系。以40t电弧炉为例,通过仿真和实例验证表明,采用给出的相关公式计算电弧炉的主要电气参数,可以指导普通阻抗超高功率电弧炉高阻抗的设计及改造,并可获得减小电压波动、降低电压闪烁、提高电弧稳定性以及降低电耗的效果。 For ultra-high power electric arc furnace lead to voltage fluctuations,voltage flicker caused by voltage fluctuations,the technology of high impedance is used in ultra-high power electric arc furnace of general impedance, and it gives the relationship between the arc elec- trical parameters under the conditions of constant arc power. 40 ton electric arc furnace, for example, through simulation and case study shows, using the relevant formula in this paper the main electrical parameters of electric arc furnace, can guide the design and transformation of high-impedance ultra-high power electric arc furnace, and will receive reduced voltage fluctuation Reduce the voltage flicker, increased arc stability, and reduce the power consumption results.
