摘要 为提出一种简单有效的电弧炉仿真模型,首先按电弧炉能量守恒微分方程,在MATLAB环境下,建立适用于谐波研究的电弧炉确定性模型;然后,将带通高斯白噪声直接叠加于电弧电压上,得到适用于电压波动与闪变研究的电弧炉随机模型。将提出的电弧炉模型以电流控制电压源形式直接接入测试系统,对电弧炉引起的谐波和电压波动问题分别进行仿真分析的结果与实际系统动态特性完全相符,从而验证了模型的有效性。该仿真模型的提出,为电力工作者理解电弧炉非线性时变特性,分析电弧炉导致的电能质量问题,进行谐波治理与闪变抑制研究提供了前提条件。 In order to estimate the adverse influences and to study effective control measures for power quality problems, it is the prerequisite to develop an accurate model of electric arc furnace. A simple, valid simulated model of e lectric arc furnace is established. Firstly, in MATLAB, the differential equation based on the principle of conservation of energy is used to establish a deterministic model of electric arc furnace, which is useful for harmonics study. Secondly, through adding a band pass Gauss white noise on the deterministic arc voltage directly, a stochastic model of electric arc furnace is established, which is useful for voltage fluctuation and flicker study. The band limited (4- 14 Hz) white noise with zero mean can be Obtained by Gauss white noise passing through band-pass filter. Acting as a variable voltage source controlled by arc current, the developed model can be connected to the test system directly. A sample power system is used to test the proposed model of electric arc furnace, the harmonics and voltage fluctuation caused by electric arc furnace are simulated. The simulated results reveal that the positive and negative halfwave of arc voltage are not identical, the voltage fluctuation phenomenon is observed, and it displays randomness. So the proposed model demonstrates the characterisIic of the actual electric arc furnace, the model is proved to be valid. The proposed simulated model is a useful tool for electrical engineers to understand the nonlinear time-varying characteristics of electric arc furnace, to estimate the power quality problems caused by electric arc furnace, and to study the effective precaution measures for decreasing the adverse influences.
