摘要
为满足卫生部要求和提高医院竞争力,长征医院进行预约挂号系统的开发与应用,采用黑名单和Webservice技术对预约挂号进行有效管理,缩短了看病流程,降低了医疗管理成本,使医院的门诊流程更合理。
To develop the appointment register system for the demand of department of health and the enhance of hospital competition, appointment labels are managed in effect using blacklist and the key technique of webservice. The time of queuing for register and the cost of iatrical management is decreased, the dealers are held back, the flow of outpatient is in reason.
