摘要
医学人文精神匮乏是当今医患冲突发生的重要原因之一。临床实习中医学生人文素质培养的缺失主要表现在人文知识欠缺、心理素质欠佳、医患沟通协调能力差、医学人文关怀缺乏和责任意识不强等。分析成因,可能与医学生忽视医学人文素质培养,教师对人文素质培养的重要性认识不足,人文教育课程设置不够合理,教学中没有将医学人文教育与医学专业教育渗透与融合等有关。临床实习是培养医学生人文素质的绝佳时期,可以通过提高教师的思想认识及教学能力,开设有针对性的人文科学课程,营造良好的人文教育环境,尤其是在临床医疗实践中渗透医学人文教育,在多种社会实践活动中强化人文素质培养等多种途径,加强医学生的人文素质培养。
One of the most important reason to the doctor-patient conflicts is the lack of the humanism spirit of medicine. During clinical practice periods, the shortage of humanistic quality of medical student mainly reflected in lacking of humane knowledge, psychological quality, communication and coordination capability, humanistic concern and responsibility consciousness. There are many reasons that lead to the problem, medical student ignoring the training of medical humanistic quality, teacher not realizing the importance of training of humanistic quality, the setting-up of humanities courses lacking rationality, neglecting the combination of medical science and humanities education. The clinical practice has an extremely important position and role in training the humanistic quality of medical students. The efficiency and the way of implementation of humanities and quality education should be discussed to improve the teacher' s ability, to run some corresponding course, to build humane environment, especially infiltrating humanism education in clinical practice, to cultivate humanistic quality in social practice activities.
