摘要
随着我国民主法制进程的日益加快,人民群众对校园安全的要求也越来越高。而在我国教育事业发展过程中,校园与社会的"围墙"逐渐模糊,校园周边环境愈加复杂。本文就一则案例着手,引发对学校事故立法,进行可行性研究。
With the accelerating pace of the development of democracy legal system,the people require more and more forcampus security.Besides,in the process of education enterprise,the campus and the society are gradually integrated,and the surroundings of the campus is more and more complex.With a certain case serving as the starting point,the writer,in this paper,studies the feasibility of legislation for campus accident.
