Significance of VEGF and Hcy in anemia diagnosis

摘要 目的:了解血中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)检测在再生障碍性贫血(AA)和营养不良性贫血诊断中的意义。方法:通过对AA、缺铁性贫血(IA)和巨幼细胞性贫血(MA)患者血中VEGF和Hcy检测,观察3组贫血患者检测结果并与正常对照组进行比较分析。结果:AA组血中VEGF浓度较正常明显减低,Hcy浓度较正常增高,差异无统计学意义;IA组血中VEGF和Hcy浓度均较正常增高,差异均无统计学意义;MA组血中VEGF和Hcy浓度均较正常明显增高。结论:VEGF与Hcy检测对AA和IA、MA的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义。 Objective:To understand the significance of blood vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) and homocysteine(Hcy) in the diagnosis of aplastic anemia (AA) and nutritional anemia. Method:Serum VEGF and Hcy of patients with AA, iron deficiency anemia (IDA), Megaloblastic anemia (MA) and healthy controls were detected, and the test results were compared and analyzed. Result: Serum VEGF concentration of AA group was significantly lower than that of controls and Hcy concentrations higher than controls,but the differences were not statistically significant. In IDA group, serum Hcy and VEGF concentrations were both higher than those of controls,but the differences were not statistically significant. In MA group, serum Hcy and VEGF concentration were both significantly higher than those of controls. Conclusion: Hcy and VEGF detection might be helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AA, IDA and MA.
