摘要
研究新疆药桑水溶性多糖的抗氧化性能。采用热水浸提、乙醇沉淀的方法,从药桑中提取多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。采用超氧阴离子自由基、二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH.)及羟基自由基,对药桑多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明,药桑多糖对超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH.自由基及羟基自由基具有一定的体外抗氧化性能,在一定试验浓度范围内,随着多糖浓度的增大,其抗氧化活性逐渐增强。
To study the antioxidant activities on polysaccharide from the Morus nigra Linn.Polysaccharide is extracted using the methods of hot water extraction and ethanol precipition in this study.The content of polysaccharide was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Using the superoxide radical system,system of 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picryhydrazy（DPPH）,and hydroxyl radical system,the antioxidant activities of Morus nigra Linn polysaccharide is studied.Result showed：The results showed polysaccharide had strong radical scavenging activity towards superoxide radical system,DPPH·system and hydroxyl radical system,and with increasing concentrations of polysaccharide,its antioxidant activities gradually.
