摘要
介绍近年来从中药藤黄中分离得到的笼状呫吨酮类化合物及其分析测定方法,为中药藤黄抗肿瘤活性成分的进一步研究提供参考。笼状呫吨酮类化合物为中药藤黄发挥药理活性的物质基础,但由于其结构复杂,分子稳定性较差,需要借助于新型的分析检测技术方能对其进行定性定量测定。
The caged polyprenylated xanthone compounds isolated from Garcinia hanburyi were obtained and their isolation and analytical methods were reviewed, so as to provide a reference for the further discovery of the antitumor components in Garcinia hanburyi. As the active components of Garcinia hanburyi, the caged polyprenylated xanthones have the complex structures and poor molecular stability. Without the suitable techniques and methods, the qualitative or quantitative analysis on this kind of compounds in Garcinia hanburyi is very difficult.
