摘要
根据麻花钻特有的几何特性,在麻花钻和铣刀加工中引进相同的偏距e,它能保证直切削刃的麻花钻端截面方程和铣刀轮廓方程。基于LabVIEW编写了相应的程序,并将程序产生的数据点导入Pro/E中进行实体验证。这就为直切削刃麻花钻精确建模和加工刀具的轮廓设计提供了一种新的方法。
According to the unique geometric characteristics of twist drill, the equations of the end section of twist drill and milling cutter contour with slant distance in general case is derived, the program by means of maths toolkit of LabVIEW is compiled. The entity verification carried out in Pro/E is identical to the theory, which provides a new method for precise modeling of twist drill and the design of profile of machining tool.
