摘要
介绍在U G平台上实现渐开线蜗轮蜗杆参数化的设计方法,依据蜗轮蜗杆齿槽轮廓方程及螺旋线表达式,用参数化表达式完成蜗轮蜗杆实体的精确造型。参数化的造型可通过参数值的改变实现不同尺寸蜗轮蜗杆的建模,提高了设计效率,对其装配设计以及强度分析提供了基础。
This paper introduces the design and implementation method of involute worm gear and worm parameter on the UG platform. The accurate modeling of worm gear and worm entity is built using the parametric expressions based on the expression of worm tooth profile and helix equation. Modeling of different-size worm gear and worm can be achieved by changing parameter.which can improve the efficiency of design and provide the basis for the assembly design and strength analysis.
