基于SPCE061A芯片的驻车加热系统设计

摘要 介绍了一种不依赖发动机的车载辅助加热系统———驻车加热系统的工作原理、结构和主要功能。根据遥控系统的要求和目标,以SPCE061A为控制核心,采用陶瓷电热塞点火技术,分析了驻车加热器供油系统、风机系统、点火系统、水泵循环系统、温度检测系统的性能和系统参数,以提高汽油的利用率、提高导通电流、减小导通电阻,尽快地把热量传递到发动机,采用固定频率调节高、低电平时间来控制水泵电动机的转速,以达到控制水循环速度的目的,使得该系统具有自动化程度高、结构紧凑、噪声低、热效率高等特点。 The article described the principle about a vehicle--assistant heater system --parking heater system independence of engine including its construction and primary function. According to the request and target of the control system, by using plug to ignite, the system of oil supply, gassy, ignition, water pump, as well as temperature inspection,have been analyzed, making full use of the oil. Meanwhile, it can pass the quantity of heat to engine as soon as possible through changing the current and resistance. It has adopted fixed frequency to control the velocity of engine, possessed the characteristic of high--automatic, compact structure, meanwhile it has the characters of both low noisy and more effectiveness.
