针对金属铸造加工中大吨位、大批量生产的中频感应炉的工作环境和熔炼工艺要求,设计了一种功能强大、操作方便、稳定可靠的中频电源监控系统.详细介绍了系统的硬件结构、功能设计和软件实现.
On account of the working environment and smelting process of medium frequency furnace used in large-tonnage,high-scale processing of metal casting,a kind of powerful,easily-operated,stable and reliable medium-frequency power monitoring system is designed.The hardware form,function design and software implementation are introduced in detail.
