摘要
目的:探讨颅脑损伤高压氧治疗的护理效果。方法:将我院收治的颅脑损伤患者60例随机分成两组,一组给予高压氧进行治疗,另一组在高压氧治疗的基础上给予整体护理,观察理疗前后的疗效。结果:通过高压氧治疗后,护理组的总有效率高于非护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗颅脑损伤能提高疗效,加强护理可促进康复。
Objective： To investigate the care for traumatic cerebral injury with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Method： 60 patients with cerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups,one group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the other group on the basis of hyperbaric oxygen therapy were given the overall care,observed the effects before and after therapy.Result： Of hyperbaric oxygen treatment,care group,there was always more efficient than non-nursing group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the efficacy of cerebral injury,intensive care can promote recovery.
