摘要
目的评价颅脑损伤高压氧治疗的护理效果。方法颅脑损伤患者78例通过对入高压氧舱前、中、后的观察采取相应的护理措施。结果通过高压氧治疗护理,78患者治愈35例,占44.87%;显效21例;占26.92%,有效17例;占21.79%,无效5例,占6.41%;总有效率93.59%。结论高压氧治疗颅脑损伤能提高疗效,加强护理可促进康复。
Objective To evaluate the effect on high pressure oxygen on head injury. Methods 78 cases with head injury were evaluated the curative effect by means of observation and nursing before, during, and after entering the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Results Through the care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,78 patients cured 35 cases,accounting for 44.87 percent,effective in 21 cases,accounting for 26.92 percent,effective in 17 cases, accounting for 21.79 percent, 5 cases ineffective, accounting for 6.41 percent, 93.59 percent of the total effective rate,to achieve a satisfactory effect. Conclusion The head injury treated by high pressure oxygen can promote the curative effect. Intensive nursing can promote to be recovered.
