摘要
随着新闻舆论对社会生活影响的不断深入,媒介起到了越来越大的舆论监督作用,甚至对司法界的影响也逐渐彰显,"媒介审判"现象越来越频繁地出现在我们的视野中,并成为新闻界、法律界乃至整个社会共同关注的一个热点现象。通过探讨中国"媒介审判"的形成过程,从典型案例入手分析"媒介审判"存在的意义。
With the deepening influence of the news public opinion into our social life,media has played an important supervisory role.It also brings great changes to the inviolability judiciary.The phe-nomenon of media trial is more and more common in our daily life and it becomes a hot topic in the circle of journalists,law and the whole society.This article aims to discuss how the media trial comes into being in China and analyze the significance of its existing from the illustration of some typical cases.
