摘要
高校辅导员职业能力的高低直接影响国高校辅导员的职业健康发展和大学生的健康成长。从核心能力理论的角度来看,思想政治教育能力作为高校辅导员的职业核心能力,支撑着辅导员的各项工作任务的开展。实现辅导员职业核心能力的可持续发展,必须分析其发展障碍,从资源基础、能力基础、项目基础、绩效基础四个方面来构建其实现途径。
The vocational ability of an instructor in college directly affects the healthy development of the instructors＇ vocational development and the college students＇ growing. From the point of theory of core competence, the ability of ideological and political education is the core eompetence of an instructor in college. It is helpful in different ways. In order to achieve the sustainable development of core competence, we should analyze the obstacles of development and achieve our aim from the following aspects： basis of resources, basis of competence, basis of event, and basis of effects.
