摘要
设计了一种新型高炉喷煤检测装置和软件应用程序,采用微波法在线监测喷煤总管及各分支管道的煤粉浓度。阐述了高炉喷煤煤粉浓度监测的意义,分析了微波法基本测量原理,给出了检测仪的基本电路。
A new monitoring unit and software for coal powder injection were designed,and a microwave method was employed to on-line monitor the pulverized coal concentration in both main and branches,and measurement principle of the microwave method was analyzed and basic circuit of monitoring unit was presented.The practice proves the high accuracy and the reliability of this system.
