适用于导航系统的十字旋转型变倍机构

摘要 针对图像匹配辅助导航系统中图像获取源——变倍机构的不足,开发出一种超声电机驱动的十字旋转型变倍机构。首先,采用可调整的、适用两组传感器的十字支撑架结构实现多组传感器的交替工作,简化了机械结构形式、缩短了变倍时间、提高了变倍精度;其次,利用行波型超声电机作为驱动源,使变倍机构不受电磁干扰,光轴控制精度提高且能断电自锁;最后,将此机构应用于图像匹配辅助导航系统中,通过闭环控制系统消除机构获取图像过程产生的误差,并与图像匹配处理软件结合共同完成任务。试验结果表明,在不同负载的条件下,此新型变倍机构运行半个周期所需时间小于450 ms,其光轴稳定度小于0.1,°满足后续图像匹配算法的要求,能够适用于导航系统。 For the shortcomings of image acquisition device in the image matching aided navigation system,a criss-cross rotatable varifocal mechanism driven by ultrasonic motor is developed.Firstly,an adjustable criss-cross structure is adopted as supporting frame,which is suitable for two sets of sensors.Thus,the alternative work of multi-sets of sensors can be realized,and the mechanism can be simplified,varifocal time can be shortened and varifocal accuracy can be improved.Secondly,with the ultrasonic motor as driven source,the mechanism has many advantages,such as anti-interference in electromagnetic,a high control accuracy of bare axis and self-locking when cutting off the electricity.Lastly,this mechanism will be applied to the image matching aided navigation system,the system's error will be eliminated in the process of obtaining image by using a closed loop control system,and the mechanism will cooperate with the image matching processing software to complete the tasks.The results indicate that,in different load conditions,this new varifocal mechanism runs half circle within 450 ms and stability accuracy of bare axis is less than 0.1°,which meet the requirements for the following image matching algorithm and is capable for the application in navigation system.
