摘要
针对变速器齿轮副的啮合侧隙对齿轮噪声的影响,设计了一种消除齿轮侧隙的机构,并对改进设计后的变速器总成进行了噪声测试,对比结果表明,降噪效果明显,为改善变速器噪声状况提供了有价值的设计依据.
In this paper, a kind of machine is designed to eliminate the gear＇s meshing clearance based on analyzing its effect on gearbox＇s noise. Noise tests are performed in order to validate the machine. The results showed that it can effectively decrease gear＇s noise and improve the whole gearbox＇s noise statues.
