摘要 以汽车座椅角度调节驱动器为例介绍金属蜗杆与塑料斜齿轮传动副的应用。在参考文献[2]的基础上推导出蜗杆斜齿轮传动重合度公式,分别绘制出压力角αn、齿顶高系数h*an、变位系数xn、蜗杆分度圆导程角γ、斜齿轮齿数z2对重合度的曲线图并分析各参数对重合度的影响。 Taking the auto seat backrest recliner actuator as example, the application of transmission countershaft gear of metal worm shaft against plastic bevel wheel was introduced. Based on the reference literature [ 2 ] , the formula of the overlap ratio of worm bevel wheel mesh was derived. By drawing out these 5 kinds of curves as pressure angle, tooth addendum coefficient, addendum coefficient, lead angle of worm, the parameter of the bevel worm tooth against the overlap ratio respectively, each parameter' s impact on overlap ratio were analyzed.
