摘要
利用Pro/E的参数化设计功能,对少齿数齿轮进行快速建模,通过各参数之间的关系,修改相关参数达到快速生成齿轮模型的目的,提高设计的效率;并利用Pro/E强大、快速的设计功能对少齿数减速器其他零部件进行建模。利用Pro/E的装配功能对少齿数齿轮减速器进行装配,检查设计是否合理,节约原料和提高生产的效率。
Using the function of Pro/E parametric＇s design to model the less-teeth gear rapidly,through the relationship between the parameters,modifying the related parameters to generate the model of gear quickly, so the efficiency of design can be improved;and using the Pro/E＇s strong, fast design functions to generate the model for less-teeth gear reducer and other parts. Using Pro/E assembly function to assmble the less-teeth gear reducer,check that the design is reasonable or unreasonable,saving material and raising productivity.
