摘要
自动打孔装订机是一种新型环保的办公设备,主要用于银行、证券、税务等部门的零散文件、票据的装订。利用设计软件Pro/E中三维造型和虚拟装配设计功能,分析研究自动打孔装订机的设计过程,在Mechanism/Pro环境中实现自动打孔装订机的机械系统设计。基于VP技术在ADAMS中实现自动打孔装订机的打孔、装订仿真,为机构设计提供依据。
The automatic binding machine is a new-type of environmental office equipment which is widely used in bank,securities company,tax bureau and each kind of enterprises and government institutions for binding papers or bills.Based on the 3D modeling and virtual assembly design function of Pro/E software,this paper makes a brief analysis and research for the design process of the binding machine,and realizes the design of the mechanical system in Mechanism/Pro and finally finishes the Motion simulation of the binding machine in ADAMS based on virtual prototyping,which provides a basis for the design and development of the machine.
