摘要
CT灌注成像(CTP)通过获得单位时间、单位组织的血流量、血容量、平均通过时间、峰值时间等血流灌注参数,反映组织器官的微循环血流动力学状态,用于肝脏病变的血流动力学研究,能够在活体状态下定量监测病变引起的肝脏微循环水平肝动脉/门静脉血流灌注量和血流阻力异常,有助于疾病早期诊断、病情评估及疗效评价。本文通过综述肝脏CTP的基本原理、方法,以及在几种肝脏疾病早期诊断中的应用,分析并展望CTP在肝脏疾病早期诊断和治疗中的应用价值。
Through measuring perfusion parameters,including blood volume and blood flow in per unit of tissue and per unit of time,mean transit time and peak time of contrast agent through the microcirculation,CT perfusion (CTP) can reflect the microcirculation hemodynamics of tissues and organs.Used CTP in liver disease researches,quantitatively monitoring hemodynamic changes in hepatic microcirculation in vivo supplied useful information in the early diagnosis and assessment of liver disease,and treatment evaluation.This article reviewed the basic analysis theory of liver CTP and its application in the early diagnosis and treatment assessment of several liver diseases.
