摘要
本文介绍了近年来二硼化锆陶瓷的增韧技术及其机制,包括弥散颗粒增韧、不同长径比相(晶须、纤维、晶片、碳纳米管等)增韧、ZrO2相变增韧、仿生结构增韧、原位反应增韧、晶须和颗粒协同增韧;展望了二硼化锆陶瓷增韧技术的未来发展趋势。
This paper reviews recent toughening technologies and toughening mechanisms of zirconium diboride ceramics. These technologies include dispersed particles toughening, different aspect ratio phases (whiskers,chopped fibers,platelets.carbon nano-tubes et al) toughening, zirconia transformation toughening, biomimetic structure toughening, in-situ reaction toughening, SiC whiskers and SiC particles combined toughening. Futhermore, the future development of toughening technology of zirconium diboride ceramics is prospected.
